Method 2-Reinstall the driver

With the help of the power user button, click on the device manager.  From the device manager window, you have to click on the printer button to increase the list. A context menu appears and from this menu, choose, “uninstall device” to eliminate the present driver. When you click on, “Uninstall device’ a warning message will display on your screen saying, “You are about to uninstall this device from your system”. Click on “Ok” to proceed.

After the uninstallation procedure finishes, start your computer system again to allow the necessary changes take effect. After starting again, you need to connect your printing machine to the system, and it must start installing the printing device automatically. If the system asks for the printer driver location, place CD provided with the printer. Start your computer system again after installing the driver. Just by following all these steps, you can resolve printer is in an error state error fully from the origin.
